On COUSIN day we went swimming. QUITE the adventure, let me tell ya. We packed a picnic, put on our sunscreen, and headed out. When we got to Villa Bene Stare we realized we had forgotten to bring the key. Not to be thwarted, we went back to grab some towels and drinks since we'd be on our own. We made our picnic right there on the patio, never even made it to the hot grass :)
Swimming was pretty tiring...we were forced to make homemade pizza for sustenance.
Play date with Alex and Leslie was up for Friday morning! I spent so much time having fun with the kiddos and listening to Alex talk about dinosaurs that I barely took any pictures. Hmph. Will try harder at next week's date.
